We have a set of core principles that our business is built on that will give you confidence in what we do, and show you that we're not like other agencies.

  1. All our prices are clear and upfront

    Meaning that our prices are shown on our website, are clear and you will know about them before you request our service. We have no hidden charges and the prices displayed on our site are not special offers.
  2. The service that you get for your money will be made clear

    The services, and comparisons between them, are all shown on our website. If you find any of it not clear enough, please ASK! We will answer you and try to make it clearer for the next person.
  3. We do not hold onto your money

    As a my-let landlord, any identified money we receive on your behalf, for rent or other charges for you, will be sent on to you the next working day automatically by BACS. This means that you should receive any monies 3 business days after we receive it.
  4. Good communication

    We will keep you informed of the progress of your properties we're marketing. We will offer to send landlords monthly statements. (You can tell us how you prefer to receive these communications, or set them yourself using your online account)
  5. No hard sell

    If you want to give us a call to discuss your options or if you want to meet one of our agent at your property to evaluate the rental value or discuss your options, we will give you the information and leave the decision up to you to make without any pressure from us.
  6. You will be given an online account

    All landlords and tenants will be given details of their online account that will let you view the status of your property porfolio/tenancy.
