Where do we advertise your property?
We advertise your property to let on a variety of websites and update any changes to them every few hours.
All adverts are shown on the my-let site, regardless of the package you are advertising with.
All properties that are advertised through one of our local agencies, where an agent performs the viewings are advertised on all of the websites listed on this page.
For landlords that perform their own viewings, the sites your properties are advertised on will depend the package you have paid for:
Advertise Only (Silver service): These ads will be shown on my-let, Zoopla & associated sites (but not Rightmove).
All other packages, including Commercial Ads: These ads will be shown on all of the sites listed on this page.
All of the sites we advertise on are:
The largest property portal in the UK with 110 million visits a month and page views hitting over 1.4 billion (in Jan 2015) and reaching 50 million in a single day!
Rightmove is the 9th busiest website in the UK (Source: Hitwise, July 2015) and for many people, the first point of call for finding a property.
Another of the UK’s largest property portals with over 50 Million hits per month (Source). But also Zoopla feeds out to many other property search portals. It is also rapidly establishing itself with property owners as the place to go for valuations.
PrimeLocation are very strong in the south-east of the country and the larger cities and is a very good and technical site used by millions of potential tenants.
Recent research shows that these top three property websites now make up 61 per cent of the nation’s online property audience.
However, we also feed to a number of other sites to help market your property.
These smaller websites are also very popular in certain key market areas and for differing groups of people.
Specifically, if your property allows DSS applicants (an option you can set with us), then it will also be shown on dss move,
which is becoming increasingly popular.
Our association with Zoopla and PrimeLocation also brings a mass of other feeds to proprietary web sites some of which you may know and others you won’t, or don’t necessarily associate with property search.
For example, The Times Online
website has a property search panel powered by Zoopla and so do all 273 websites for local newspapers run by leading independent media group Johnston Press plc.
Altogether it is impossible to tell you how many hits and searches these sites attract.
Suffice to say it is in the 100′s of Millions EVERY MONTH.
The thing that matters is that if there is a tenant looking for a property like yours and they go to the Internet to find it (as over 90% of people now do), then they should find your property via one of our partners.
